issue a full refund
-
donate the value of your tickets to Art Hopper Events
Refunds will only be paid to the person who purchased the tickets and, where possible, the original method of payment.

We will attempt to notify you of a cancellation using the details you provided at time of booking, but if you have not provided us with contact details, we cannot guarantee that you will be notified.
If you can no longer attend an event, please notify Dion Saunders. Access
We can accommodate wheelchairs in all our workshop spaces at Trull Church Community Centre. It would be useful to know in advance if you are attending using your wheelchair so that we can set up the room in the most accessible layout.
If you are a wheelchair user who prefers to sit in a seat but requires assistance transferring please let us know so we can arrange this.
For patrons who require an essential companion to access our venue, we offer one complimentary (non participating) ticket per patron with access needs. This is currently only available when booking in person or on the telephone. Please note that essential companions must be able to provide adequate assistance in the event of an emergency or evacuation. If your companion wishes to participate in the workshop too then they must purchase a ticket at the usual price.
Assistance dogs are welcome but please notify Art Hopper Events at time of booking. The owner is responsible for the dog whilst on the premises.
Please let us know if you have any specific access needs and we can discuss how to enable the best experience for you.
